With over 20 years of experience in Howard, Carroll and the surrounding Maryland counties, Cathy has worked with many of her clients and customers on numerous transactions over the years. She is a member of The Council of Residential Specialists where she earned her designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to sales associates in residential sales. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women , National Association of Realtors and Maryland Association of Realtors. Cathy began her career in real estate while searching for a way to offer financial stability to her growing family in the mid 1990’s. She worked on her own for many years and continuously participates in Real Estate classes of all types so she can learn cutting edge techniques to better help her clients with their goals. When not helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs Cathy enjoys CrossFit, tennis and spending time with her family & friends.
